Food Dudes – Junior Infants – Second Class

Food Dudes

Children from Junior Infants – 2nd class have been participating in food dudes for 14 days now. We have had portions of apples, carrots, mangetout, oranges, peppers, bananas, grapes & cucumber. Most of us are enjoying trying the different tastes and textures. Everybody who tries their fruit and veg gets a sticker or a prize. Also we have been following the adventures of the Food Dudes as they battle with General Junk.

Keep The Life Force Strong!

Ms. O’Connell’s people love their fruit & veg.

Look at our photos.

School Awards 2015

Each year we have an awards ceremony to recognise in particular two pupils who have given much more to school life that just regular classroom activities and we feel it is important to publicly commend efforts that are unasked for but given freely and without need for recognition or praise.

This year the recipient of our Sportsperson of the Year Award was 6th class pupil Dylan & our Annual Michael English Award for Outstanding Contribution to School Life was awarded to Anna.

Well done to you both.

We also present the Junior & Senior Infants with their end of year certificates at this time, please take a moment as we share this occasion with you.
